Dear Valuable Guests
We closely monitor COVID-19 updates and meticulously follow the guidelines set by both the World Health Organization (WHO), the Hellenic National Health Organization (EODY), and the Hellenic Tourism Organization (EOT).
Based on government orders and instructions, we will safely open and accept visitors for arrivals starting on July 1, 2020, with the strict hygiene standards we have set, to ensure a safe, healthy and welcoming environment!
Our staff has been trained for Covid-19 and for all the necessary procedures in order to create a safe environment for our guests.
Hand sanitizers have been installed in public areas, including the reception area, living rooms, restaurants, shared bathrooms and offices.
We provide disinfectant, disposable masks and gloves to our staff, according to the instructions of EODY, but also to all our guests upon arrival, while at the same time we placed in the common areas and rooms special foot-operated trash bins.
We clean and disinfect all common areas with increased frequency, with special emphasis on frequent contact points.
We have placed special signs in all public areas, informing our guests, to keep their social distance, to wear masks and to take the prescribed personal hygiene measures.
Our hotel was properly prepared for the safety of the health of our guests, according to the instructions of EODY, creating a special team for the management of suspected Covid-19 case, in collaboration with a network of doctors, to prevent and suppress any emergency medical event during duration of their stay.
Also, according to the Greek legislation, but also according to the instructions of EODY, a COVID-19 file is kept in our hotel, for our guests and our partners. In particular, we are obliged to record: Room Number, Name, Nationality, Passport Number, Country of Origin, Date of Birth, Date of Arrival and Departure and contact details (address, telephone, email), for contact detection in case.
Reception
We proceeded to change the departure times until 11.00 am. and Arrival from 3.00 pm, so that there is the possibility to ventilate, clean and disinfect our rooms properly. We have adopted digital information, contactless transactions, as well as the electronic sending of documents. We proceeded to special markings for the observance of safety distances. We have placed a glass or Polycarbonate Material (Plexiglass) in the Reception. We provide disinfectant, masks and disposable gloves upon arrival of our guests. Finally, frequent and meticulous disinfection of frequent contact surfaces and all objects received or delivered to guests is frequent and meticulous.
Rooms
We removed the printed material and now we provide it digitally, we removed most of the decorative elements, a large part of the additional equipment and clothing, which are now provided upon request. We take care of the air conditioners according to the manufacturer’s instructions and we set them in non-recirculated air mode. We carry out ventilation, cleaning and meticulous disinfection in all rooms when leaving, using appropriate and approved cleaning and disinfecting materials and equipment (UV-C UV lighting and steam cleaners), with particular emphasis on frequent contact points – bed headboards, baths, washbasins, wash basins, taps, knobs, hair dryers, controls (especially in controls we use disposable covers), telephone devices, thermostats, refrigerators, kettles, kettles, coffee makers safe boxes, irons, ironing boards, sockets, switches, handrails, chairs, sunbeds, sofas, armchairs, etc.-, while during your stay, room cleaning, turn down service and changing clothes are done by appointment.
Breakfast
The buffet is served only by our staff, in the morning breakfast, with increased hygiene measures using a protective mask and disposable gloves, in order to avoid contact of the customer with the food and utensils of the buffet, we have taken care to observe of the prescribed distances both between the individuals and between the table seats and finally we applied to all places a maximum of visitors.
Finally, we thoroughly disinfect the tables and seats with appropriate disinfectants after each use.
F&B Departments
In the area of the restaurants and bars, the attendance is made using disinfectant, we take care to observe the prescribed distances both between the people and between the table seats.
Our menus have been digitized and you can see them from the application we give you on your mobile. Upon customer’s request, it is possible to offer menu forms, but they are disinfected, with appropriate disinfectants, after each use.
All our dishes are served ala carte by our staff, in outdoor or semi-outdoor areas, with increased hygiene measures, using a protective mask and disposable gloves and finally we applied a maximum of visitors.
Finally, we thoroughly disinfect the tables with appropriate disinfectants after each use.
Pool
In the pool, during its operation, we carry out the scheduled regular inspections of chlorination (every 4 hours) and the pH of the water (every 8 hours), we perform regular cleaning of the surrounding area, we took care to observe the prescribed safety distances on the sunbeds. and chairs, which are thoroughly disinfected after each use and we ensure the observance of a maximum number of bathers (1 bathtub per 5 sq.m. of water surface).
Other Departments – Common Areas
We have arranged the furniture in all the sections and the common areas, in such a way as to ensure, as the case may be, the social distance provided. At the same time, we have optimized the cleaning and disinfection instructions for all our departments with increased cleaning and disinfection actions of closed doors, with emphasis on the frequent contact points and finally we have applied a maximum of visitors in all areas.
At the same time, however, we should point out the special features of our accommodation:
. The reception of the guests is now taking place in an open space.
. We support intact Check In & Check Out transactions.
Our common areas are all outdoor or semi-outdoor.
. Our private parking is open.
. Breakfast and lunch are offered outdoors.
. Our Bars are outdoor.
. The entrance to the rooms is through independent outdoor entrances.
